我和我的妻子有三个孩子。我的妻子工作很忙，为了家庭付出了很多。我也有一个好的工作，曾在四大会计事务所之一工作（上一份工作）等。我在家里也很忙，做饭、清洁，带孩子们去上学，看着他们完成作业，哄孩子们睡觉等等。
繁忙的工作和家庭的责任给我带来了很大的压力。我每天坐公车上班，来回交通要三个小时，这一切经常压得我喘不过气。
我的妻子是一名虔诚的心灵法门弟子。我平时也念经。妻子建议我许愿读7张小房子，祈求观世音菩萨慈悲保佑我找到一份可以“在家里工作”的工作，这样可以减轻我的压力。
众所周知，现在全世界疫情都很严重。尽管我是一个有着丰富经验的软件设计结构工程师，在当前形势下，找到一个好的并且适合我们家庭的工作还是很难的。第一，我要求工作三天，其余时间我要照顾孩子们；第二，我要求在家里工作；第三，目前由于特殊时期原因，世界经济都不景气，很多公司都裁员；第四，我对薪水也有一定的要求。
我在我家佛台前许愿念7张小房子。没多久，神奇的事情就发生了。我曾经给一个单位做过一个项目，那个单位的领导主动联系我说：他们目前有一个职位空缺，他们认为我是一个合适的人选，问我有没有兴趣申请。我问这个联系我的领导：我需要在家里工作，并且只工作三天。这个领导说他需要跟总部申请，稍后联系我。
我申请了这个工作，并且继续念小房子。其间这个领导联系了我说：很多很好的、有非常丰富经验的人也申请了这个工作。我跟我妻子都非常坚定地相信观世音菩萨，只要我们正信正念，许愿、念经、放生，观世音菩萨一定会帮助我们。我妻子总是跟我说：“把一切交给佛菩萨，菩萨给我们的一定是最好的，最适合我们的。”
在申请这份工作期间，有许多的困难。我还需要提供几个以前工作单位的证明人：就是要了解我以前工作的业绩等。我试着联系了以前单位的一些经理级别的同事们，他们都给我提供了很好并且中肯的工作业绩和人品的证明。
最后，三个月之后我收到了消息，他们这个工作机会给了我，我在上个月（11月份）开始了我的新工作。工作合同上写着我每周在家里工作三天，当然薪水也相对满意。这样我可以有更多的时间照顾我的孩子们，减轻了我们家庭的压力，我的妻子可以继续做她喜欢的工作。
我的孩子们也在念经。我们一家都会跟随观世音菩萨、跟随卢军宏台长师父学习心灵法门。

My wife and I have 3 young children. My wife enjoys her job and works hard for our family. I also have a very good job (one of the top 4 accounting firms) but have taken on a lot of the home responsibilities, cooking and cleaning, taking kids to school and looking after them, making sure they do their homework and get to bed on time etc.
The responsibilities of child and home care combined with my job was creating a lot of pressure and burden on me and our family. My office is 1.5 hours away from our home so each day I would spend 3 hours travelling, as well as 8 hours in the office, and then on top of that, all the family responsibilities was becoming too much to bear.
My wife is a loyal follower of Master Lu. She has suggested to me – read 7 little houses and request to Bodhisattva to give me an opportunity that would allow me to keep working but reduce stress.
It is extremely hard for me to find another job though I am an experienced IT expert in Software Architecture, firstly because of childcare responsibility I can only work part time (3 days), and most companies want full time employees. Secondly, because of Influence of special period there are many good and experienced people that apply for each job, and competition is strong.
shortly after we started reading the first house, out of the blue I was contacted by a boss of a company I had done some work before, they had an opportunity that they thought I might fit, and asked if I wanted to apply. I said, could I do it part time, and from home, so I do not have to spend so much time travelling to work, and in the office? He said he would need to check with his boss.
I applied for the job and continued to read little houses. Many other people also applied for the job, I was advised that due to Covid situation there are many very experienced and skilled people who also applied. My wife and I just put our faith in Bodhisattva and knew that if we do the right thing then the right opportunity will come. My wife always encourages me that Have faith in Bodhisattva, who will give us the best that suits us!
Along the way there are other challenges. I needed to provide references, but I do not have up to date contact details for my previous manager. After one week of trying, however, I was able to track them down and they provided a good reference for me.
Finally, after 3 months we have received the news that they will offer me the job and I can start in November. They advised I can do it remotely and only work 3 days per week, allowing me to spend more time and effort on my children.
This will release a big burden from our family and allow my wife to continue working in her way to support our family, which she loves to do. My kids have been reading scriptures as well. Our family will continue learning Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door.
