Female listener: I am helping a 21-year-old female deaf-mute fellow Dharma practitioner share her experience of Buddhism. She read Buddhism in Plain Terms after encountering the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door. At first, she read the text word by word, then was able to speak. After returning from this year’s Dharma Convention in Malaysia, her ears, which had been deaf for 21 years, have basically returned to normal and she can hear clearly.
Master Lu: Wow!
Female listener: She was born unable to hear or make sounds, with an IQ of zero. She was sent to a deaf-mute school at the age of 9. In October 2014, her mother invited Master Lu’s books, Bodhisattva statues and Dharma treasures home. On the day her mother invited these treasures home, she saw a golden light flashing in front of her eyes. Soon, she dreamed Guan Yin Bodhisattva appeared in the sky on auspicious clouds smiling at her. Countless dragons swam around in the sky as if overturning the sea. Many Bodhisattvas surrounded the Buddha in the middle of the sky and listened carefully to His teachings side by side like a ladder. Full of Dharma joy!
Female listener: She made a vow to be a vegetarian, and another vow to convince sentient beings to practice Buddhism using her experiences after regaining hearing. She and her mother have been intensively practicing the three Golden Buddhist Practices, i.e., making vows, reciting Buddhist scriptures, and performing life liberation for 3 years. Now, her IQ has improved and her ears can hear. In 2016, she tried reading Buddhism in Plain Terms in front of her fellow practitioners in the Dharma study group. With the compassionate blessing of Guan Yin Bodhisattva, she is now able to read a chapter of Buddhism in Plain Terms without much difficulty.
Female listener: She attended the Dharma Convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the first time this year. During the conference, her ears were swollen and painful and she had a hard time. However, when Master Lu gave the enlightenment lecture, she suddenly heard and understood Master Lu’s teachings in both ears. When she returned from the conference, she dreamed that the Buddha was holding a Vulture Peak Dharma Convention. Guan Yin Bodhisattva was also beside the Buddha. The Buddha enlightened her, “You must practice well. The Guan Yin Bodhisattva is always beside you and watching you all the time.” She saw that Bodhisattva’s eyes were red and tears flowed down.
Female listener: When she woke up and offered incense to Bodhisattva, she saw Guan Yin Bodhisattva’s eyes were red. She was very grateful to Guan Yin Bodhisattva. Now everything is normal for her. Happily, she has learned saxophone and performed at community and charity events. She also earned a violin certificate at the 8th level. She is very grateful to Guan Yin Bodhisattva and the Master.
Master Lu: You told her to cultivate her mind well!
Female listener: Yes, yes, yes!
Master Lu: Is it worth spending the time on the certificate? How many Buddhist scriptures can she recite during the time she spends on earning an eighth-grade certificate? Her deaf and mute are both cured!
Female listener: Yes, yes, yes!
Master Lu: Why does she engage in earthly things?
Female listener: Buddhism is like a sea, only faith-filled people can enter. She is very grateful for Guan Yin Bodhisattva’s compassion and Master Lu’s compassion.
Master Lu: Don’t tell me she learns saxophone and violin. I’m not kidding, it’s a waste of time!
Female listener: Hmm. She is very grateful to Guan Yin Bodhisattva and Master. Today, I just helped her share her story.
Master Lu: Alas!
Female listener: The Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door is really efficacious!
Master Lu: You watch later …… I tell you, I tell you today, you remember this time, if she does not practice well, she will be deaf and mute again. It’s that simple.

Master Lu: Think about it, how long does it take to learn the violin up to grade 8? How many times can she recite the Buddhist scriptures for the time spent on the violin? It’s a waste of time! really!

Master Lu: Because she is not ordinary, she was a deaf-mute. The Bodhisattva saved her. How should she recite Buddhist scriptures to cultivate her mind? She can also learn Go. She can also try golfing to get first place. Alas!

女听众：这位女同修出生的时候是听不见任何声音，也发不出声音，智商是零，9岁去了聋哑学校。 2014年10月，她妈妈请回了师父的书、菩萨像以及法宝，请回来的当天，这位女同修竟然看见了一道金光从她的眼前一闪而过，不久她就做梦观世音菩萨妈妈驾着祥云出现在天空中冲着她微笑，无数条的龙翻江倒海似的在天空中游来游去。很多菩萨在天空中把佛陀围在中间，像阶梯一样地并排着在仔细地聆听佛陀讲佛法，真的是法喜充满。
女听众：这位女同修发愿吃全素，发愿恢复听力后现身说法。同修和她的母亲就是运用这个三大法宝：许愿、放生、念经，精进修行三年的时间，现在这位同修的智商提高了，耳朵也能够听见了。 2016年，女同修在共修组同修的见证下尝试读《白话佛法》，在观世音菩萨慈悲加持下，现在能够基本顺畅地读完一篇《白话佛法》。
女听众：她今年第一次参加马来西亚吉隆坡的法会，法会期间，她的耳朵又胀又痛，很难受，但师父开示时，她突然双耳能够听见和听懂师父的开示。法会回来后，她就梦到佛陀开灵山法会，观世音菩萨也在佛陀的旁边，佛陀就对她说：“你们一定要好好地修，观世音菩萨一直都在你们的身边，一直在看着你们。”同修看到观世音菩萨的眼睛通红，眼泪“哗哗哗”地流了下来。
女听众：女同修醒后上香时，就看见观世音菩萨妈妈的眼睛通红通红。她真的非常地感恩观世音菩萨，她现在一切都正常了，更可喜的是她在之后学习了萨克斯，并在社区和公益活动中演出，她的小提琴现在拿到了八级证书。她非常地感恩观世音菩萨，感恩师父。
台长答：你叫她好好地修心啊
女听众：对对对！
台长答：还“八级证书”了，“八级证书”可以念多少经？聋哑都帮她弄好了
