The reason I practiced Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door is because my son has asthma. Prior to encountering Citta Dharma Door, I was so anxious that I looked everywhere for a secret recipe. As long as I knew, I would ask: “Is there a secret recipe for asthma? I desperately need it, and I will be grateful to you.” Although asthma is not life-threatening, for my child, each attack is too difficult to endure. It is also extremely detrimental to his growth and development. He additionally needs long-term hormone therapy. I deliberately bought him a nebulizer gas online to facilitate daily treatment. Whenever I thought this disease would be with him for the rest of his life, my heart was like being cut by a knife. I was sorry for my son. I didn’t take care of him well.
