Gratitude to the Greatly Merciful and Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva!
Gratitude to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from ten directions and three periods of time!
Gratitude to the Dharma protectors!
Gratitude to the selfless, altruistic, and benevolent Master Jun Hong Lu!
I would like to share with you my Buddhist journey: the reasons that led me from a stubborn non-believer to entering the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door, from devout recitation of Buddhist scriptures to diligent practice of Buddhism, and finally the sincere journey of sharing the Dharma. I hope that fellow practitioners who hear this sharing can arouse a firm determination to study the Buddha’s teachings, diligently follow the Master in cultivating the mind and practice, change their destiny, and experience smooth progress in the present moment.
1. The Cause of My Buddhist Practice
Before I started practicing Buddhism, I had a certain amount of good fortune and a happy family with two children. However, at the age of 39, I went through a major life crisis. Overnight, my family assets were wiped out, and I found myself in substantial debt. I often woke up in the middle of the night, drenched in cold sweat. Waking up didn’t bring relief, as the next day’s basic living expenses were uncertain.
My kind aunt guided me into practicing the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door. The reason I did not decisively refuse and was willing to give it a try is because, firstly, this Dharma Door requires no money; secondly, at that time, I had no other options and could only try any possible means to find a solution.
I used to think that Bodhisattvas were mythical figures made of clay, and that merely burning incense and kowtowing could fulfill wishes—an entirely fabricated superstition. Therefore, even though I picked up the Buddhist scriptures, I did not hold a respectful heart. I recited intermittently, and deep down, I still did not believe.
Guan Yin Bodhisattva is always so compassionate and merciful! Even though I lacked piety and respect, one day, on a whim, when I opened my mouth to recite Buddhist scriptures, tears uncontrollably welled up in my eyes [1], frightening me to the point where I dared not continue. After some time, driven by curiosity, I recited again, and as usual, found myself inexplicably shedding tears—truly incredible. After repeating this several times, I sought out fellow Buddhist practitioners to inquire about the reason. They explained that it was the connection with the compassionate aura of Guan Yin Bodhisattva. Therefore, during the recitation of scriptures, the body might experience mystical sensations and the operation of the aura, which is entirely normal. This explanation was the first of its kind I had ever heard in my life. However, as I wasn’t devoutly believing in Buddhism at the time, I maintained a nonchalant exterior while internally remaining indifferent, thinking, “Say whatever you want. I will only truly believe when I can see Bodhisattvas with my own eyes while reciting scriptures.”
Through this incident, I formed a positive karmic connection with them and was brought into a Buddhist study group of the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door by two fellow practitioners. However, upon entering the group and reviewing its content, my skepticism grew. Daily posts in the group shared experiences of dreaming about Master Lu’s Dharmakaya, encountering Bodhisattvas, or dreaming about the deceased. Despite witnessing their vivid descriptions of celestial and earthly realms in dreams, watching videos of Master Lu reading totems and performing healing rituals, and hearing fellow practitioners share the benefits they gained from practicing Buddhism, I remained completely unmoved.
At that time, I had been intermittently performing daily recitations for half a year, but I hadn’t recited any Little Houses. When I saw a single sheet of the Little House that required the repetition of numerous Buddhist scriptures, I lacked the motivation to engage in recitation. Later, I realized that reciting Buddhist scriptures is like boiling water – it needs to heat every day, and there will be a day when the water boils. If you recite today and skip tomorrow, it’s like just heating the water without adding firewood; the water quickly cools down again.
Later on, I stopped reading the messages in the group, and I even blocked the two senior Buddhist practitioners who added me on WeChat. I don’t want to see their Moments.
On a whim, I went through the motions of releasing living beings. Why do I say “went through the motions”? Because, upon careful consideration, I couldn’t bring myself to spend even 10 Chinese yuan. I thought that throwing money into the water would be like tossing it away, and in the blink of an eye, the fish would be gone without me seeing any effect. Looking back now, I feel truly ashamed. At that time, I lacked any sense of compassion.
It wasn’t until one time that a released eel refused to swim away; it stood upright on the water’s surface, gazing at me, which surprised me. In my memory, whenever my husband and I went fishing, once a fish got off the hook, it would disappear without a trace. Why was this one staring at me like it understood human emotions? And why didn’t it leave for such a long time? I casually made a joke, saying, “Little fish, if you don’t want to leave, then come to my hand.” As I said that, I placed my hand in the water. Unexpectedly, a magical scene unfolded—the fish swiftly swam towards me. It not only reached my hand but also swam up to my elbow.
In an instant, tears welled up and streamed down. In the past, I always thought that humans stood at the top of the food chain, and those creatures in the middle and lower tiers, like fish, couldn’t speak or express themselves, meant to be consumed by humans. Why did these released fish stay for such a long time and seem to understand human language? Wasn’t it akin to the way dogs comprehend humans? Isn’t this exactly what the Buddhist teachings say about all beings possessing sentience?
In the past, I used to go fishing and eat the fish with my husband, but I never knew that fish, like dogs, had sentience! I wouldn’t dare to eat dog meat because I feel that dogs are as understanding as children. Friends who are human-like should not be eaten. I eat other meats but not dog meat. However, that experience of releasing the fish made me realize that fish, too, are sentient and understanding beings!
I think I can no longer recite Buddhist scriptures randomly like guerrilla warfare. Since science cannot explain my confusion, I want to delve into understanding what Buddhism is really about. If Bodhisattvas truly exist and Guan Yin Bodhisattva responds to those in need, then they can lead me out of the sea of suffering. If Bodhisattvas do not exist, and Buddhism is not trustworthy, then I will let go of these thoughts, no longer harbor any wishful thinking about divine beings.
2. Personal Verification of the Existence of Bodhisattvas and Spirits
In the past, I was hesitant to believe because I couldn’t see Bodhisattvas. However, we cannot see the wind, air, or bacteria with our naked eyes, yet they still exist!
I haven’t seen the Buddha myself, but after watching a documentary on the journey of Xuanzang, the monk who traveled to India in search of Buddhist scriptures, I learned that the Buddha indeed existed in history. His birth era is similar to that of Confucius. Buddhist scriptures, temples, and the monastic community serve as the most convincing evidence of the Buddha’s presence in the world.
Later, I witnessed the legendary lotus formation from oil lamps, the dancing flames in windless conditions, and the curling of incense, which completely convinced me that Bodhisattvas truly exist. These phenomena are miraculous and cannot be explained by science.
After my husband’s grandmother passed away, my mother-in-law sprinkled ash from the bottom of a pot at the bedroom door, claiming that the deceased would leave footprints if she visited at night. The next morning, everyone witnessed those footprints. Since my husband’s grandmother had bound feet in the old society, the small footprints were something the rest of us couldn’t possibly have created.
Since I started practicing Buddhism and reciting scriptures, I have dreamt countless times of the Dharmakaya of Master Lu. I have also dreamt multiple times of Guan Yin Bodhisattva and the Buddha guiding me to the heavens. In broad daylight, I even witnessed a sparkling Guan Yin Bodhisattva appearing before me, lingering for some time before disappearing. It’s important to emphasize that these were not momentary illusions; I genuinely and continuously saw Guan Yin Bodhisattva with my naked eyes. It was truly miraculous!
As I delved deeper into understanding and personally verifying the greatness and reality of Bodhisattvas, I discovered the vast and profound wisdom of Buddhism, akin to an ocean, leaving no doubt about the truths of the universe and life. It has the capability to resolve all the troubles in our lives. This is why Buddhism has endured for >2.5 millennia, passing down its teachings to the present day.
I used to be a skeptical non-believer simply because I had no understanding of Buddhism. Truly wise individuals, on the other hand, develop their beliefs after gaining knowledge and believing in the existence of cause and effect.
Buddhism emphasizes dialectical thinking and follows the path of practice, resembling the scientific method where hypotheses are proposed, experiments are conducted to confirm or refute them, and the ultimate truth is derived. I don’t want to leave regrets in my life, nor do I want to continue living in a confused manner. Living with clarity is the only way to make my journey on this earth meaningful.
3. The Entire Family Benefits
(1). The miraculous power of Buddhist scriptures
In the second half of 2015, I began earnestly reciting Buddhist scriptures and diligently reciting Little Houses to eliminate my karma and repay debts.
In a miraculous dream, the child I miscarried appeared to bid farewell to me.
My mother’s passing was extremely painful. According to Buddhist teachings, the manifestations at the time of death determine the realm one takes in the afterlife. When I recited Buddhist scriptures for her, I dreamt of her standing silently with her back turned to me in a dark environment. I could only see a glimpse of her side profile, which was of a charred, burnt charcoal color. Later, I asked a senior disciple why I had such a dream. The senior disciple told me: first, it indicated that my mother was undergoing punishment in the underworld; second, she dared not let me see her face burned like that, fearing it would frighten me. However, after burning dozens of Little Houses for my mother, I dreamt that her hair had been permed into wavy curls, and she was happily talking and laughing in a bright and pleasant environment.
Later on, I dreamt that my mother passed away again. According to Master Lu’s interpretation of the dream, she was about to be reborn. During that time, I was occupied with other matters and didn’t have the chance to recite Little Houses for her. Amazingly, she conveyed a dream to a fellow disciple from the Northeast of China, saying that if I didn’t ascend her soon, she would be reborn as a cow. I was astonished and immediately knelt in front of the Buddhist altar, pleading to the Bodhisattva to hold until I finished reciting the current set of Little Houses before allowing my mother to be reborn.
Just imagine, without the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door and the Little House, my miscarried child would continue to demand debts from me, making my life difficult. After my mother underwent punishment in the underworld, she was indeed destined to be reborn as an animal. It turns out the cycle of rebirth is real and not illusory!
For many years, I suffered from a lower back ailment. During flare-ups, I couldn’t turn over in bed by myself, bending over was impossible, and even going to the bathroom posed a challenge. Going to work was out of the question, and my legs felt weak when walking. I tried massage, hot springs, medication, and injections, spending a lot of money in vain with no improvement. The doctor mentioned that my lower back issue was affecting the blood supply to my legs, causing weakness and sensitivity to cold. In winter, I had to wear thermal pants or down-filled trousers. Later, through reciting Buddhist scriptures, I experienced recovery. Now, in winter, I only need to wear one pair of pants, feel energized, and don’t feel cold.
My son suffers from urticaria, also known as hives. Urticaria is often referred to as the “undying cancer” in medical terms. Over the past few years, he has experienced recurring outbreaks. When the condition flares up, large red welts, even larger than a one-yuan coin, appear on his face, body, and even on his scalp. The sight is frightening, and the itching is unbearable. He cries all night, and I stay up with him throughout. He scratches his skin to the point of breaking, and I continuously scratch to alleviate his discomfort. Despite consulting medical specialists and trying various Eastern and Western medicines, the situation doesn’t improve. Additionally, he frequently has episodes during the day, prompting calls from kindergarten teachers asking me to come and take him to see doctors urgently. After reciting dozens of Little Houses for him, inexplicably, my son recovers.
My husband had been ill several times, undergoing all possible medical examinations at the hospital, yet the cause of his illness couldn’t be identified. Even intravenous drips had no effect. Later on, I tried reciting Little Houses for him, and he was cured. He mentioned something strange – when he was seriously ill, he felt comfortable as soon as I came home, and his condition worsened when I left. At that time, I didn’t understand, but later, a fellow disciple explained that it’s called the connecting with the energy field. Because my recitation of Buddhist scriptures generates positive energy, my husband felt comfortable when I was present.
Ironically, in the past, I held a skeptical attitude towards the idea that reciting Buddhist scriptures could replace the need for medical treatment. After personally witnessing the miraculous effects through my own experiences, I discovered the incredible power of Buddhist scriptures. From the karmic perspective of Buddhist teachings, it is a matter of transforming negative karma (physical ailments) with positive karma (practicing Buddhism and reciting scriptures). From this viewpoint, Buddhist scriptures are the language of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas beyond The Six Realms; they are the Dharma body relics of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. As one continues reciting, it transforms into sound waves and beams of light, capable of connecting with the universe’s magnetic field and energy. This, in turn, leads to material transformations. It not only applies to physical ailments but also encompasses aspects such as career, relationships, academics, and more—all falling within the realm of transformable substances.
(2). The Miraculous Power of Vows
My daughter suffered from severe chronic rhinitis, with a perpetually congested nose throughout the year. She had to breathe through her mouth while sleeping, and her snoring was louder than that of an adult man. Additionally, her mouth would become so dry that it cracked and bled. When she caught a cold, it became even more frightening, as a constant flow of yellow mucus would result, leading to recurrent otitis media. Pus would drain from her ears, making her condition truly unbearable. In conventional medicine, only steroids could be used, but they provided no permanent cure, and the condition kept recurring. She made a vow in front of the Bodhisattva, committing to abstain from eating meat, and marvelously, her condition was completely cured.
Due to her young age, she later broke her vow. One evening, unable to resist the temptation, she ate meat, and the next morning, her condition relapsed. She suffered throughout the morning. During her nap in the afternoon, she cried and pleaded, repeatedly praying Guan Yin Bodhisattva in her heart, promising never to do it again. Unknowingly, she fell asleep. When she woke up after her nap she was completely healed. In her own words, she dared not break her vow again from that moment on.
I remember Master Lu’s teachings: “According to Dharma, spells are no match for supernatural powers, supernatural powers are no match for karmic forces, and karmic forces are no match for the power of vows.” It turns out that sincere repentance from the heart and powerful vows can truly overcome all worldly karmic forces!
In the early stages of my Buddhist practice, I knew nothing and even tried to negotiate conditions with Bodhisattvas. Looking back now, I feel ashamed. Master Lu did not allow us to do such things. All negative consequences are the result of my own negative actions. Why should I negotiate conditions with Bodhisattvas?
At that time, I said, “Bodhisattva, we can’t even afford a proper meal. If you can help our whole family have enough to eat, I am willing to share the Buddha’s teachings, spreading them to those having affinity with Buddha.” The day after making this ‘vow,’ something unbelievable happened! Out of the blue, a client from South Korea, with no prior indications, visited our home. He explained to my husband that he would consistently provide us with orders. He even arranged for a Korean translator who were paid by their company.
My husband’s colleagues and friends said it was like a windfall from the sky, falling onto our heads. But in my heart, I understood clearly that Guan Yin Bodhisattva hears the cries of the suffering and responds to sincere requests. It is the power of the vow to share the Buddha’s teachings for the salvation of sentient beings solved our family’s livelihood problem. Although my vow might not have been perfect or in accordance with established principles, the compassionate Bodhisattva saved me from dire straits.
Some may wonder how Bodhisattva’s divine intervention also addresses livelihood issues. As mentioned earlier, our family was burdened with considerable debts, even resorting to borrowing from loan sharks. We were drowning in debt, pressed by creditors every day, and the days of hardship seemed endless. However, now, with Bodhisattva arranging such a good partner for us, we work hard, and at the very least, our livelihood is secure. We have a steady stream of work throughout the year, eliminating the need to scramble for second-hand orders from the trade department!
After all, our karmic obstacles had exploded like black dynamite, and cleaning up the aftermath is truly not easy. I am content and deeply grateful. I am immensely grateful to Guan Yin Bodhisattva!
(3). When one is in trouble, support comes from all directions
There were several instances when our family factory’s products couldn’t be delivered on time according to the agreed-upon deadlines and production capacity. It was clear that we couldn’t meet the delivery requirements and would face claims. The client, initially assertive and adamant, insisted on compensation if we delayed the delivery by even a day. Surprisingly, in the end, the client took the initiative to extend the delivery date for us.
In another situation, facing the possibility of a claim, I prayed without seeking any specific intervention from Bodhisattvas, but somehow Bodhisattvas seem to be aware of everything. Miraculously, there was no need for a claim, and the issue was resolved without any complications.
Another deeply moving incident occurred, and it was also exceptionally urgent – we couldn’t produce the delivery for the next day. In a moment of despair, when a senior Buddhist practitioner called me, I casually mentioned, “I’m too busy, and with the factory orders, there’s no way I can meet the delivery deadline tomorrow.” Unexpectedly, many senior practitioners volunteered to help without any charge. We set up temporary lights outdoors and worked overnight. Tears welled up in my eyes at the overwhelming support and generosity.
At the beginning of my journey in transforming sentient beings to understand the teachings of Buddhism and find joy in relieving suffering, I always thought that I was the one assisting them. That particular night, I finally grasped the true meaning of Master Lu’s enlightenment: “Helping others is helping myself, and saving others is saving myself.”
Because Master Jun Hong Lu taught us that in practicing Buddhism, we should embody the compassion of Guan Yin Bodhisattva. We shouldn’t live solely for ourselves but for all sentient beings. Thanks to Master Lu’s guidance, we have millions of Buddhist friends who, though strangers, offer care and assistance akin to close family. Countless examples illustrate the principle that when one is in trouble, support comes from all directions!
Our Dharma Door, coupled with the extraordinary efficacy of the ‘Four Golden Buddhist Practices’ (note: Now it is five), reflects a profound and selfless compassion in this world. I hope that, after truly benefiting from practicing Buddhism, fellow practitioners will share this precious Dharma Door with those around you, helping sentient beings find joy and relief from suffering. You are embodying the Bodhisattva path on Earth, and with such benevolence, you will receive protection from the heavens, earth, and spirits, ensuring smooth journeys and the fulfillment of your aspirations.
Our Master has set the best example of selflessness and altruism for us. Tirelessly, day and night, he works to save sentient beings, often sacrificing rest and meals. He never stops in his efforts to propagate the Dharma, rescuing the lives and spiritual lives of countless Buddhas’ disciples worldwide. He has resolved countless family conflicts on the brink of collapse, granted a new lease of life to those facing mortal danger, provided a virtuous rebirth for departed loved ones, and fostered harmony and unity in many households.
His teachings emphasize the importance of discipline: love for the country and its people, aiming for world peace, social stability, and national harmony.
The greatest benefit I have gained from entering this Dharma Door is not the recovery from physical ailments or witnessing the miraculous responses of various Bodhisattvas. Instead, it is the purification of my mind, the understanding of the meaning of life, and the exploration of the true essence of the universe. It has led to the elevation of my inner state, guiding me from confusion to enlightenment. Simultaneously, I’ve learned to embody the spirit of boundless compassion and great mercy of Guan Yin Bodhisattva. Together with fellow practitioners, we engage in the compassionate act of saving sentient beings.
The above is my personal validation of the Buddhist teachings. Guan Yin Bodhisattva has shown boundless compassion to me countless times, and Master Lu’s selfless dedication has convinced and deeply moved me.
4. Cherishing the Buddhism Affinities and Having a Sense of Urgency
In Buddhism, it is said that the fleeting encounters of this life are the result of 500 glimpses from past lives. Today, our meeting with the Dharma and encountering Master Jun Hong Lu is a rare and auspicious fruition of accumulated merits over countless lifetimes. Please cherish this precious Buddhism affinity that has come to us so unexpectedly. Let us joyfully embark on the path of Dharma practice together, progressing as spiritual companions. Please note all Dharma Gems are offered free of charge.
For those who come across this sharing, some may, much like myself initially, have been skeptics, while others could be newcomers to Buddhist teachings or individuals who have been practicing Buddhism for some time but still find themselves in a state of confusion. My journey in Buddhist practice has affirmed that the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door is a concrete path to alleviate the sufferings of sentient beings. Diligent engagement with the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door will result in the realization of one’s aspirations. Consequently, millions of beings have opted for the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door as a fitting practice in the Dharma Decline Age. Following the guidance of the enlightened Master Jun Hong Lu, engaging in systematic practice brings forth miracles. Numerous cases stand as testimony to these miracles. By adhering to the correct process, it possesses the transformative power to alter destiny. Success is guaranteed in the present moment, and its efficacy is undeniable.
For those who are not inclined to engage in immediate Buddhist practice and recitation of scriptures, it actually reflects a lack of awareness and wisdom. We shouldn’t assume that illnesses, accidents, divorces, or any issues with other people’s children are their own affairs. The impermanence of life occurs in the breath, and who knows when something unexpected might happen in our own homes? While we can know about events that happened five thousand years ago, we are unaware of what might happen in the next five seconds! Preemptively practicing Buddhism and reciting scriptures is akin to saving money for emergencies or having an umbrella ready before it starts raining. Keep in mind that when karmic obstacles arise, releasing 10,000 fish won’t be as effective as the 100 fish you usually release. Reciting Buddhist scriptures a few times may not compare to the efficacy of reciting them once in your daily practice.
It’s better to start practicing Buddhism early, don’t wait until the last minute to seek refuge in Buddhism, by then it might be too late to regret. I remember reading a classic saying: “Nowadays, many people buy health insurance and pension plans to secure their old age. Have you ever thought about purchasing ‘insurance’ for eternal happiness after death?” That’s right, believing in Buddhism, reciting Buddhist scriptures, observing precepts, releasing beings, practicing vegetarianism, and engaging in various virtuous deeds are akin to buying ‘insurance’ for countless lifetimes of well-being.
The Buddha guides sentient beings on distinguishing between good and evil, allowing them to choose their path, and they bear the consequences of their choices. Choosing to learn Buddhism and recite scriptures can change one’s destiny without spending a penny. Without learning Buddhism and reciting scriptures, one can only repay karmic debts through mental and physical suffering. For instance, arguments, being physically assaulted or verbally abused, misunderstandings, illnesses, legal disputes, career difficulties, children’s academic struggles, and more are considered repayments on the physical level. Clearing karmic debts through physical disbursement is ten times slower than doing so through reciting Buddhist scriptures. Who would willingly endure being attacked or facing various hardships? Certainly, reciting Buddhist scriptures is a preferable choice.
For those who still hesitate to recite Buddhist scriptures, when the day comes that the suffering becomes unbearable and you no longer want to repay debts through physical means, please remember that as long as sentient beings don’t abandon Bodhisattvas, Bodhisattvas will never abandon any sentient being. At that time, please be sure to recite Buddhist scriptures and pray for the compassionate salvation of Guan Yin Bodhisattva.
If there is anything that is not rational or in line with the truth in the presentation, I pray for forgiveness from Namo Sakyamuni Buddha, the Greatly Merciful and Greatly Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and Dharma protectors.
I, not my fellow Buddhist practitioners, will be responsible for my own karma!

[1] Various Symptoms during Recitation of Buddhist Scriptures
Buddhist Practitioner Ask: Dear Master, during recitation of Buddhist scriptures, sometimes I experience burping, sneezing, tearing up, yawning, tingling in the scalp, and occasionally feeling very sleepy. Could you please explain the reasons behind these symptoms?
Master Lu Answer: Burping, sneezing, itchy nose, abdominal gas during recitation are all normal reactions of the body’s energy field functioning;
Yawning during recitation is generally a sign of spiritual possession or the presence of a Bodhisattva;
Tearing up during recitation is an expression of compassion, indicating a connection with the Bodhisattva’s energy field (though tearing up after yawning is not counted in this category);
Tingling in the scalp during recitation, accompanied by a cold sensation in the body, suggests the presence of karmic creditors and the need to recite Little Houses for them;
Moreover, symptoms like a swelling sensation in the brow center, overall warmth, and tingling in the soles of the feet are positive signs after the meridians are opened.
Feeling sleepy during recitation:
It could be due to overall fatigue, and in such cases, it is advisable to rest before continuing with recitation for better effectiveness;
If sleepiness occurs only when reciting a specific scripture, it might indicate that the recitation is profound, akin to recharging, and the sensation of wanting to sleep is a comfort during energy absorption;
If sleepiness occurs during the recitation of the Heart Sutra or Amitabha Pure Land Rebirth Mantra, it is important to note. Try to recite during the daytime when the sun’s energy is abundant;
If there is not only a desire to sleep but also symptoms like headaches or overheating, it suggests the presence of karmic creditors;
If none of the above symptoms are present, and sleepiness persists during recitation, it requires perseverance, resisting drowsiness, and maintaining focus to progress in Buddhist practice.

答:念经时打嗝、打喷嚏、鼻子发痒、下腹通气等等,都是没关系的,是体内气场运作的正常反应;
念经时打哈欠一般是灵性上身或者是菩萨来了;
念经时流泪是慈悲心流露的表现,是接上了菩萨的气场了(但打哈欠之后流泪不算此类);
念经时头皮发麻,如果同时身上发冷的话,那就是有要经者了,需要念小房子;
可能是本来身体就很累了,这个时候最好不要念,因为效果会差点,可以先休息好再念;
如果只有念某种特定的经文才犯困,那也可能是该经文念得比较到位,就像充电一样,能量摄入时感觉很舒服,也会有想睡觉的感觉;
如果是念《心经》或者《往生咒》的时候犯困,那也要注意了,尽量在白天、晴天等阳气足的时候念;
如果不光想睡觉,还有头疼脑热等等不好的症状,那就是身上有要经者了;
